$5 DIY Christmas Wreath

Merry Christmas Eve everyone! I love a good DIY project. I had been wanting to make my own wreath for quite some time. I finally did, and it turned out even better than I imagined. At the fraction of the cost it would've been in a store, and completely custom, this wreath brings so much warmth and light into my home. By the way, all the supplies I needed to make this wreath were bought at Dollar Tree (except for the glue gun).
The most important part of this project is my beloved hot glue gun. It literally holds everything together!
I began by gluing four of the largest ornaments into four sections.
From there, I began randomly adding the ornaments to the wreath.
I absolutely love this color combination! And although this project does take some time, it is VERY easy. Seriously, anyone can do this.
To complete my wreath, I made a big bow out of ribbon.
I tied on the ribbon and made a loop, which will make it easy for me to hang on a wreath hanger.
Ta-da! Hang your wreath, with pride!
I hope everyone has a lovely Christmas, and a wonderful New Year. Don't forget to tell your loved ones how much they mean to you, even on a regular day.

Jewelmint | HAUL |

Hey everyone!! It's been quite a while since I have done a haul! I wanted to share my most recent Jewelmint purchase. As many of you know, Jewelmint pieces usually start at $29.99. I usually wait for the sales since I am such a penny pincher ;) This sale was too good to pass up! It was 4 pieces for $40! I already had one Jewelmint credit (you know, sometimes I forget to skip the month ha ha), so really I just ended up paying an extra ten bucks. The pieces I chose were actually pieces that I had been eyeing FOR A WHILE...so it was literally a win win scenario ^_^
This is the Blanc Isle Neklace.
Oooo those vintage details!
Something Bleu Necklace
This is a really unique and beautiful necklace. Again, it shows my love for all things vintage-inspired.
First Blush Necklace
Now THIS is a statement necklace ;)
And last, but certainly not least...my beloved Kitty Ears! OBSESSED! (I take any excuse to wear them)
This is a beautifully crafted headband. Everything is in the details. What I also love is that the headband is very adjustable. I have a big head, so I usually shy away from wire headbands (they tend to give me headaches). This bad boy will work WITH you ha ha

So, they all out to be $10 each!! These are the deals I live for people!

Feline Ferocious (Get Ready With Me For Halloween)

Hey beauties! This post is going up SUPER late, but I wanted to share my other look that I was testing out for Halloween. This was my half human/half leopard attempt haha I really had fun with this look. I know many people were trying out the animal looks this year for Halloween, and this was my take on the leopard look :)
I really just needed an excuse to wear my new Kitty Ears from Jewelmint. Aren't they adorable?!
Overall, I was pretty happy with how this look came out! I showed myself that I am able to experiment with makeup and go outside the lines a little bit and embrace my creativity. Woohoo!

Watch me transform into this look in my latest video:

Back From The Dead (Get Ready With Me For Halloween)

Hey guys!! I wanted to post up one of the looks I created for Halloween. The last few years I have been really into the DIY costumes. They're so much more original and fun, and I love how they come out exactly as I picture. For this look, I literally only used items that I already had. I wanted to try out a "dead" or "back from the dead" look. I think I've been watching WAY too many horror movies....Anyways, here is how it turned out! Please note, these are just SILLY selfies I took to add humor into my video for this look - I do not take myself THAT seriously haha
Don't I look like a million bucks? Ha ha!

I hope everyone had a wonderful, fun, and safe Halloween! I can't wait til next year!!

Skechers Memory Foam | Gel-Infused | Review!

Hey guys!! It's no secret that I have a DEEP love for Skechers. I mean, it's literally all I wear at work and when I go to the gym. So, I was BEYOND flabbergasted when I found out Skechers wanted to send me a pair or shoes to review!! This was LITERALLY a dream come true. I couldn't tell you how many times I've walked into a Skechers store with this exact fantasy in mind haha! I have done a Skechers review before for their memory foam line, but these shoes that I am sharing today are their new and improved memory foam technology!! What makes these shoes extra special, is that the memory foam insoles are actually infused with gel. Gel + memory foam?! Where have the been all my life?!
What I love the most about these shoes, is that they prevent me from having painful feet at the end of the day. My feet feel like I'm walking on clouds with every step I take, and my feet feel so relaxed and stress free when I come home from a long day at work.
And can we just take a moment to acknowledge how ADORABLE these shoes are?! Rawr!
The top of the sneaker is a mesh-like material, which gives my toes plenty of freedom. My feet don't feel crammed squished. The tiny holes in the material help with air flow, which prevents my feet from getting sweaty and gross!
They are also incredibly lightweight!
I would honestly give these shoes a 10/10!! I was already in love with my first two pairs of memory foam shoes that I purchased a while back, but these gel-infused memory foam sneakers are everything to me right now!!

If you're interested in these exact shoes, you can find them here.

I want to give a HUGE HUGE HUGE thank you to Skechers!

Jack O' Lantern Mason Jar

Happy Halloween everyone!!! In the spirit of one of my absolute favorite holidays, I decided to do a DIY project, using mason jars. I love mason jars, because they are so versatile!!
For this project, you will need:
painter's tape (or regular paper tape)
mason jar
a pen (do not use a Sharpie like I did)
a can of orange spray paint
tealight candles

This is a pretty inexpensive project. I had a lot of it lying around at home, I found an extra mason jar at the dollar store, and I bought the spray paint at Walmart for a few bucks.

For the eyes, I put two pieces of tape together that that I could draw them at the size I wanted.
After I cut the shapes out, I made sure to press down firmly to make sure no paint would get under the tape.
I put a bag inside the jar so that I could spray the top, without getting paint inside the jar. The sharpie on the cut-outs starting oozing down my jar. Instead of being patient and letting the jar dry first, I panicked and sprayed another coat haha which I do not recommend. Let the paint dry first!
I decided to do another one, this one being more scary oOoOoO!
Hours later, after the paint was completely dry, I peeled off the tape and this was the final product!
They look so cool with the lights off! Even though my paint dripped down from spraying the can too close, the dripping affect actually makes it look pretty cool and unique!
These Jack 'o Lantern mason jars look great with or without the candles :)
Have a safe and Happy Halloween!!!

Gluten Free Find: Beef Jerky

Hello everyone! It has been a while since I have done a food related post on my blog. As many of you may know, I have been on a "gluten free" diet (I like to call it lifestyle) for the past few years. Many people tell me that they do not know how I resist the regular foods that I was once accustomed to eating. I simply tell people that after two trips in one week to the hospital, I do not have a choice. Now that I am fully aware that foods I was eating daily was violently affecting my digestive system, I make the conscious effort everyday to save myself the pain. Now that we have gotten the seriousness out of the way, I want to introduce you to my new segment on my blog: Gluten Free Finds. I am always trying new food products/brands and am constantly and pleasantly surprised to find so many gluten free substitutes for the foods I used to eat. I haven't had beef jerky in AGES, and I thought I would not find gluten free beef jerky anytime soon. To my surprise, I found some at my local Fresh and Easy store! Now, I LOVE Fresh and Easy. They have so many gluten free foods!!
These are little packs of beef jerky, by the brand Krave. They are not only gluten free, but they are also all natural and do not contain nitrites or artificial ingredients. I believe each pack was $2.99.
This is the Sweet Chipotle flavor. You can really taste the chipotle flavor, and it also have a smokey/sweet taste. It's delicious!!
The Grilled Sweet Teriyaki is my favorite favorite!! It tastes just like how it's described, and it really reminds me of the traditional beef jerky.

There were many over flavors, so I will definitely be getting some more. What I really like about this brand is that it actually tastes much more fresh than traditional beef jerky. The packs are also small, yet contain a good amount of pieces, so you won't feel too guilty if you consumed the whole bag (I spaced mine out over a few times). Overall, I would absolutely recommend anyone on the GF diet to check these babies out if you are craving beef jerky! Try these, and I doubt you will continue to feel deprived of a delicious snack you once used to enjoy. Even if you weren't on a gluten free diet/lifestyle, these would still be a healthier alternative to the traditional beef jerky brands. Let me know if you guys have tried these out!!

Thank you so much for the support!! 'Til next time beef jerky lover, MUAH!

Fabletics - My September Picks

Hey lovely people!! I'm putting this post up late, but I wanted to share with you guys my Fabletics picks for September. This was my second outfit from Fabletics, so this time I did pay full price. My outfit was the Tulum outfit, which costs $49.95.
This is the Forward Tee in the color Mulberry (color no longer available). It's a loose fitting shirt, is lightweight and very comfrtable!
I absolutely love the stitching detail down the back of the shirt!

This is the Gaviota Capri and is the whole reason why I chose this outfit!! Obsessed!! This is in the color charcoal.
I am so obsessed with the mesh detailing on the front and back!!
Just like my last capri pants, this one has a hidden pocket too!
Lastly, these are the 4 Pack No Tangle Hair Ties. I love the fun colors, and they really do protect your hair from getting snagged.

Again, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase!!! I can't wait to show you guys my October outfit. Until then, please feel free to check out my video, featuring this outfit:
